2. How do I know if my order has been processed?
You will receive a confirmation reply/phone call to verify your order details within 1 working day.
3. Can I make changes to my order?
Changes must be made 2 working days in advance. Subjected to availability.
4. Can I cancel my order?
Any cancellation of order must be made 3 days in advance. Otherwise, cancellation policy applies:
- 30% of Total Amount 2 day before event
- 50% of Total Amount 1 day before event
- 100% of Total Amount on event day
5. What are the available modes of payment?
We accept payment via Cash, Cheque, Bank Transfer, PayNow/PayLah or E-invoice (GeBiz).
